Terms & Conditions

Studio lets photographers upload event photos, share them through a link or QR code, let guests find the photos they appear in using face search, and let clients select photos for an album. Features may change as the service develops.

• You must give accurate information and be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.
• Your username becomes part of your public web address. We may refuse or reclaim usernames that impersonate others, infringe rights, or are reserved for the service.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You give Kinetiq permission to store, process, copy (for previews), analyse for faces, and display them, only as needed to provide the service to you and to the people you share them with.

You confirm that:

• you have the right to upload and share the photos;
• you have the permissions required to photograph the people in them and to make their faces searchable, including consent on behalf of children;
• you will honour reasonable requests from people who ask to be removed or hidden.

You must not use Studio to:

• upload unlawful content, or content you do not have the right to share;
• identify, track or profile people outside the event they attended;
• attempt to access accounts, albums or events that are not yours;
• interfere with the service, overload it, or get around its limits.

Galleries and albums belong to the photographer who shared them. Guests and clients may view and download photos for personal use as the photographer allows. Face search is offered to help you find yourself; please do not use it to look for other people.

Every account starts with 3 GB of storage. Uploads that would go over an account’s allowance are refused. More storage can be requested from inside Studio and is granted at our discretion.

To resolve problems, authorised Kinetiq staff may open your studio or a client album. Such access is time-limited, recorded, and clearly marked on screen while it is active.

How we handle personal information, including face data, is described in the Privacy Policy.

You can stop using Studio at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

We work to keep Studio available and your photos safe, but the service is provided “as is”. Keep your own copies of important photos — Studio is a delivery service, not your only backup.

To the extent the law allows, Kinetiq is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; for significant changes we will tell account holders in advance. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
